- 1 lb. medium mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Wash mushrooms; remove stems.

2Chop stems finely.

3In large skillet, melt butter; add onions, celery and mushroom stems. Simmer until celery is tender.

4Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Fill mushroom caps with onion mixture.

5Arrange caps, stuffed side up, in the same skillet.

6Simmer for 5 minutes, covered.

7Serve with steaks, chops or chicken, etc.

8Makes 4 servings.
