- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- chopped parsley
- olive oil
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Wash mushrooms.

2Cut off stems and finely chop.

3Mix bread crumbs, cheese, chopped stems and parsley.

4Fill each mushroom cap with mixture.

5Drizzle with oil.

6Add 1/8 to 1/4-inch of water in bottom of pan.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
