  • 1 pkg. thawed Stouffer's spinach souffle (freezer section)
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 24 large mushrooms
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix together the first four ingredients.

    Cut the stems off mushrooms, brush with butter and stuff with the spinach mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes.
