- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 24 large mushrooms
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix together the first four ingredients.

2Cut the stems off mushrooms, brush with butter and stuff with the spinach mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

3Bake at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes.
