Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained

    Remove stems from mushrooms.

    Set caps aside and chop up stems finely.
  3. 3
    Saute stems and onions in oil.
  4. 4
    In bowl, mix other ingredients.
  5. 5
    Add sauteed ingredients and just enough water to moisten., Fill the mushroom caps and place in buttered pan or sprayed with Pam.

    Put a small piece of butter on each mushroom and bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
