  • 1 lb. mushrooms or more
  • 3 oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine (soft)
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt to taste
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. Romano cheese or Parmesan

Directions

    Wash and drain mushrooms; remove stems.

    Mix together and put a dab in each mushroom cap.

    Put on cookie sheet and bake at 400° until they start to brown.
