  • 1/3 cup butter

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 2 large mangoes, seeded, peeled, and thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
  • 3/4 cup peach nectar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

In a medium mixing bowl combine flour and toasted nuts; cut in butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Add egg; stir until combine. Form into a ball.
