- 1 can crab meat (4 1/2 oz.), drained
- 10 to 12 capped mushrooms
- 1 small onion, thinly diced
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix crab meat, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Fill mushroom caps.

2Place in casserole dish with lid in oven safe dish.

3Cover with melted butter.

4Bake for 45 minutes on 375°. Remove and place under broiler for a few seconds to lightly brown. Remove from oven.

5Spoon excess butter over mushrooms if desired.
