Stuffed Mushrooms

- 2 lb. medium mushrooms
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) crumbled Kraft natural Blue cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Directions

1Remove stems from tops of mushrooms, chop enough to measure 1/2 cup.

2Cook half of mushroom caps in 3 tablespoons margarine over medium heat for 5 minutes, drain.

3Repeat with remaining mushrooms and margarine.

4Combine cheeses, mixing until well blended.

5Stir in chopped stems and onions, fill mushrooms.

6Place on cookie sheet, broil until golden brown.

7Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
