- approximately 1 doz. large cap mushrooms, washed
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms, careful not to break caps.

2Chop stems and saute with butter and onion.

3Add seasonings and bread crumbs.

4Place mixture in inverted mushroom caps.

5Place in shallow baking dish.

6Pour milk in dish.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Serve hot as appetizer.
