- 1/4 Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lb. whole mushrooms, remove stems, chop fine and set aside
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
Directions

1Place olive oil in hot skillet, saute onions and garlic.

2Add chopped mushroom stems and saute.

3Add breadcrumbs, parsley and wine.

4Lay mushroom caps stem end up in ungreased baking sheet. Heap teaspoon of filling in each mushroom.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
