Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1/4 Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. whole mushrooms, remove stems, chop fine and set aside
  • 2 green onions, chopped fine
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine

Directions

    Place olive oil in hot skillet, saute onions and garlic.

    Add chopped mushroom stems and saute.

    Add breadcrumbs, parsley and wine.

    Lay mushroom caps stem end up in ungreased baking sheet. Heap teaspoon of filling in each mushroom.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
