- 12 large pasta shells
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cooked, chopped, drained spinach
- 6 1/2 oz. tuna
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Cook pasta shells as directed.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Melt butter.

4Add flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg (will be a paste). Add milk; cook on low until thick.

5Add spinach to sauce.

6Put in baking dish.

7Mix tuna and Ricotta cheese.

8Fill shells with mixture.

9Arrange shells on top of spinach mixture.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

11Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

12Garnish with paprika.
