Ingredients
- 6 green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Wash peppers.

2Cut off tops and clean out.

3Chop tops.

4Place peppers in 2 quarts of salt water.

5Bring to a boil, cover and then reduce heat.

6Simmer 5 minutes.

7Drain peppers and set aside.
