- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 med. onion
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 10 sm. green peppers
- 2 cans tomato soup, 1 can water
Directions

1Wash peppers, cut off tops and remove seeds, scrape with a spoon.

2Chop onion fine and add to meat, washed rice, salt, pepper and egg; mix well.

3Fill green peppers 3/4 full with mixture. Place peppers in a deep pot; standing up-add tomato soup & water mixture.

4Should cover the peppers, simmer about 1 hour till rice and meat are cooked.
