  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • salt and pepper or seasoned salt to taste
  • 4 green peppers
  • 1 can tomato soup
