- 6 to 8 peppers
- 1 large can Spanish rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. catsup
- salt
- pepper
- cheese
- onion
Directions

1Cut tops and clean seeds out of peppers.

2Place whole cleaned out peppers in salted boiling water.

3Boil 5 minutes; drain.

4Saute beef and chopped onion.

5Add Spanish rice and catsup.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Spoon mixture into peppers.

8Top with cheese. Cover and bake in 350° oven until done, about 25 minutes.
