Stuffed Peppers

  • 6 to 8 peppers
  • 1 large can Spanish rice
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cheese
  • onion

Directions

    Cut tops and clean seeds out of peppers.

    Place whole cleaned out peppers in salted boiling water.

    Boil 5 minutes; drain.

    Saute beef and chopped onion.

    Add Spanish rice and catsup.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Spoon mixture into peppers.
  8. 8
    Top with cheese. Cover and bake in 350° oven until done, about 25 minutes.
