- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. whole kernel corn (optional)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 4 to 6 peppers
Directions

1Fry ground beef.

2Cut tops off peppers and remove insides. Place peppers in boiling water to parboil (2 minutes).

3Drain and cool.

4Mix ground beef with first 5 ingredients.

5Mix well and fill pepper cavities.

6Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

7Place 1/2 c. boiling water in bottom of pan while peppers are cooking.
