- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 5 medium bell peppers
Directions

1Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs, onions, salt, sage and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

2Add beef; mix well.

3Stuff bell peppers. Put in a deep baking dish.

4Add 1/8 cup water to bottom of dish. Seal with foil; bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
