  • 6 green peppers
  • 4 slices bacon or salt pork, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 lb. ham, ground
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Cut stem and top from each pepper and remove core and seeds. Saute in skillet.

    Add onions and cook until slightly brown.

    Add ham and brown.

    Stir in salt, paprika and rice.

    Fill peppers with mixture.
