- 4 slices bacon or salt pork, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 lb. ham, ground
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cut stem and top from each pepper and remove core and seeds. Saute in skillet.

2Add onions and cook until slightly brown.

3Add ham and brown.

4Stir in salt, paprika and rice.

5Fill peppers with mixture.
