- 2 green peppers
- 12 lb ground beef
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 18-14 teaspoon salt
- 18-14 teaspoon pepper
- 18-14 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a skillet cook ground beef with onion and drain off grease.

3Stir in 1 cup tomato sauce, rice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

4Simmer for 5 minutes.

5Meanwhile, cut off tops of the two green peppers and remove seeds.

6Place peppers in a laarge pot of water and bring to a boil.

7Cook 3 minutes, drain.

8place green peppers into a shallow 2 quart sized baking dish.

9Spoon meat mixture into peppers.

10If any of the meat mixture is left over just place in baking dish around peppers.

11Drizzle with remaining tomato sauce.

12Bake for 25-30 minutes or until peppers are tender.
