- 2 c. white rice
- garlic powder
- seasoning salt
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 diced tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- bell pepper pieces
- whole bell peppers
Directions

1Brown hamburger and sausage.

2Drain grease.

3Cook 2 cups rice in water until done.

4Put hamburger, sausage, rice, seasoning salt, garlic powder, diced onion, diced tomatoes and bell pepper pieces in pan and blend and cook until done.

5Fill whole bell peppers and freeze.

6Pull one at a time from freezer.

7Cook in microwave 5 minutes.
