Stuffed Picnic Rolls

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion (optional)
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/4 lb. (1 c.) grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • prepared mustard
  • 2 doz. dinner rolls or 2 pkg. hamburger rolls (can use hot dog buns)

Directions

    Cook until meat is browned and onions soft.

    Drain fat and stir in next 3 ingredients.

    Remove from heat.

    Spread one side of rolls with mustard.

    Fill buns with mixture.

    Cover tightly with foil and heat slowly to serve.
