Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 chopped medium bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chile powder
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar and Monterey jack cheese
- 1 pkg. pocket bread
- 1 medium cucumber
- sour cream
Directions

1Fry ground beef and drain.

2Saute onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.

3Add hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic, chile powder and tomato sauce.

4Mix well.

5Saute for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Stuff pocket bread with meat and some of the shredded cheese.

7Place in baking dish.

8After all pockets are stuffed, pour remaining cheese over top and cover with foil.

9Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes. Serve with 2 slices of cucumbers and sour cream on top of each pocket.
