  • 2 thick pork chops
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. diced apples
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Have butcher cut a pocket on the bone side of each pork chop. Combine all ingredients and mix well; stuff each chop with this mixture.

    Place in greased shallow pan and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until chops are tender.
