- 2 thick pork chops
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
- 1/8 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. diced apples
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Have butcher cut a pocket on the bone side of each pork chop. Combine all ingredients and mix well; stuff each chop with this mixture.

2Place in greased shallow pan and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until chops are tender.
