- 2 baked potatoes
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cubed, cooked chicken or ham
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
Directions

1Cut thin slice from top of each potato.

2Carefully remove pulp.

3Put pulp into mixing bowl; mash and set aside.

4Keep potato shell warm.

5Melt margarine in large saucepan.

6Defrost green beans.

7Add defrosted green beans, milk and soy sauce to margarine.

8Heat slowly, stirring constantly.

9Stir in sour cream, potatoes, meat and chestnuts.

10Heat thoroughly, stirring lightly. Heap potato mixture into shells and garnish with paprika.
