- 5 potatoes, baked
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Bake potatoes.

2Cut potatoes in half; scoop out inside of potatoes in mixing bowl.

3Add onion, bacon, margarine, milk, salt and pepper.

4Mix well.

5Spoon mixture into potato shells and top with cheese.

6Put back in oven and melt cheese.

7Makes 5 servings.
