- 4 baking potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- handful of parsley
Directions

1Cover potatoes with foil and bake in 350° oven until done. Let cool.

2Slice in half and scoop out center part of potatoes, leaving enough potato to support the skins.

3To the potato pulp, add butter, cheese and parsley.

4Mix well.

5Put mixture back into the skins; return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
