Stuffed Pumpkin

Ingredients
- 1 pumpkin (approximately 8 to 10-inches in diameter)
- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 3/4 c. pecans pieces
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 3 different kinds of apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 pear, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/8 c. butter
Directions

1Cut hole in top of pumpkin (save plug to use as a lid). Thoroughly scrape out contents of pumpkin.

2Mix all of the rest of the ingredients and pack into pumpkin (fruit will shrink).

3Replace top of pumpkin.

4Place in baking dish or on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until fruit is tender.

5Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of wine or brandy.

6Serve as a relish with meal.
