  • 1 1/2 single pkg. saltine crackers
  • milk
  • 1 can Del Monte creamed corn
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Grease bottom and sides of 1 1/2 quart baking dish with butter or margarine.

    Crumble 3/4 package crackers fine and place in bottom dish.

    Add enough milk to wet crackers.

    Add 1/2 can creamed corn.

    Add remaining crackers, crumbled on top and repeat procedure.

    Add butter on top.

    Bake for 1 hour at 400°.
