  • 1 pkg. large stuffing macaroni sea shells
  • 3 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 10 oz. spinach, cooked and drained well
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 oz. jar Prego spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cook macaroni shells until done.

    Stuff with mixture of cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, eggs, spinach, salt and pepper.

    Cover with Prego sauce.

    Cook at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
