  • 2 large eggs (beat w/fork)
  • 1 pound ricotta cheese 2 containers
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound marinara sauce 1 bottle

Directions

    13x9 Glass pan (24 shells).

    Half of sauce in bottom.

    Fill cooked shells with ricotta cheese.

    Pour rest of sauce on top.

    Top with parmesan and mozzarella.

    Bake 350F (180C) F uncovered for 30 minutes.
