- jumbo stuffing shells
- 16 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Directions

1Cook shells and drain.

2Mix together cheeses, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic.

3Place 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish.

4Stuff shells with cheese mixture and place in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
