- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
- 4 c. (32 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced or shredded
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Prepare pasta as directed on the package and drain.

2Stir cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl. In a wide, shallow baking dish, spread some spaghetti sauce evenly just to cover the bottom.

3Gently stuff the cooked shells with cheese mixture and arrange in baking dish.

4Pour the remaining spaghetti sauce over the shells and top with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serve with a tossed salad and warm bread.

6Makes 6 to 8 servings.
