- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
- 32 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Prepare pasta as directed on package, cooking only 9 minutes; drain.

2Rinse with cold water; drain.

3Set aside.

4Mix together cheeses, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley.

5Fill cooked shells with cheese mixture.

6Cover bottom of baking dish with some of spaghetti sauce.

7Arrange filled shells in single layer in baking dish.

8Pour remaining sauce over shells and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

9Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
