- 8 oz. jumbo shells (24)
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook shells 10 to 12 minutes; drain and dry.

2Combine cheese with eggs, salt, parsley, oregano and pepper.

3Fill shells with 1 or 2 tablespoons of cheese mix.

4Spread sauce to cover bottom of pan.

5Put the shells in next, then put more sauce to cover the shells.

6Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

7Bake at 250° for 35 minutes.
