Ingredients

  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 12 jumbo shells
  • 1 (15 oz.) Prego or Ragu

Directions

    Boil shells until flexible.

    Mix first 7 ingredients and then stuff this mixture into shells.

    Spread Prego or Ragu on bottom of saucepan. Put stuffed shells in and pour rest of Prego over stuffed shells.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella prior to cooking at 350° for 35 minutes.
