- 7 medium squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 c. Pet milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil squash until tender.

2Cool and slice long ways in half. Spoon out inside and put in bowl.

3Add onions, margarine, crackers, milk, salt and pepper.

4Mixture should be moist.

5Put mixture in squash shell and bake.

6Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
