- 1 1/2 c. cooking apple, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- salt
Directions

1Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds.

2Place squash halves, cut side down, in a shallow baking dish.

3Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until almost tender.
