  • 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, divided
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c. crushed herbed stuffing mix
