  • 1 1/2 loaves soft, white bread
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 onion
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    In a large frying pan melt 1 stick of butter and saute 2 onions and 4 stalks of celery chopped in small pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

    Break up 1 1/2 loaves of white soft bread into little pcs. in a very large bowl. Add 1 cup of chicken broth to the sauteed onion mix. When cooled pour small amounts on the bread pcs. while mixing ith with your hands. Not too soaked but just wet.

    Sprinkle more salt, pepper and generous amount of poultry seasoning. Must taste it to see if it's seasoned enough.

    Stuff it into the turkey.
