- 1 lb. ground pork sausage
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon butter seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook Uncle Ben's rice as package directs.

2Stir-fry sausage and drain.

3Cook mushrooms in butter and seasoning; don't drain.

4Mix all together and keep warm in very low oven until cornish hens, chukkars, pheasant, doves, quail or chickens are ready.
