Stuffing Good Chicken

  • 8 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. white cooking wine
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)

Directions

    Put chicken in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.

    Lay cheese over chicken pieces.

    Mix soup and wine with a whisk and pour over chicken and cheese.

    Dump stuffing over all and spread out evenly. Pour melted butter over top of stuffing and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    (Can be made up the night before and baked the next day for 50 minutes if cold from the refrigerator.)
