- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce, divided
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. Stove Top chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Brown meat in skillet; drain fat.

3Add 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce and the water.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add stuffing mix; stir to moisten.

6Remove from heat.

7Beat egg in a medium bowl; stir in Ricotta and Parmesan cheese.

8Spoon in 1/2 of the stuffing mixture evenly in an 8 x 8-inch pan.

9Spoon 1/2 the cheese mixture on top of the stuffing.

10Top with 1/2 cup each of the Mozzarella cheese and the spaghetti sauce.

11Repeat the layers. Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

12Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
