- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg (large)
- 2 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 14 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions

1Cream butter.

2Add sugar, egg, and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Add flour, cinnamon, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.

5Mix (probably wont be smooth, just mix until it's incorporated).

6Add milk.

7Mix until thoroughly mixed (doughy, I used my hands).

8Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

9While refrigerating, mix the sugar and the cinnamon.

10Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.

11Roll the balls in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

12Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches (5 cm) apart.

13Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.

14Remove from pan immediately.

15They taste the best still warm.
