- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. pkg. vegetable Louisiana gumbo mixture
- 1/3 lb. smoked sausage
- 2 cans tomato sauce, mixed with 1/2 can water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook ground chuck and drain.

2Add gumbo mix, sliced smoked sausage, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.

3Simmer on low heat 45 minutes.

4Serve over rice.
