- 1 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. pecans
Directions

1Lightly toast pecans at 300° for 10 minutes.

2Combine sugar, water, cinnamon and salt.

3Cook over low heat until mixture reaches soft ball stage.

4Then add vanilla and pecans.

5Cook until mixture starts to become dry.

6Remove from heat and pour nuts on tray to separate and cool.
