  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • granulated sugar

Directions

    Place butter and vanilla in medium bowl.

    Cream with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.

    Gradually add sugar and continue beating 1 minute.

    Stop and scrape bowl.

    Add eggs and beat 30 seconds.
