  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 3 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Drop by spoon or roll into little balls and place on oiled cookie sheet, then flatten slightly.

    Bake at 350° until done.

    (This recipe works better if dough is refrigerated before forming into little balls.)
