  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. whipping cream (don't whip)
  • 1 c. coffee cream
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Melt the 2 tablespoons butter and pour over filling.

    Bake 10 minutes at 450°.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 45 to 50 minutes more.
