  • 1 dash salt
  • 5 tbsp. flour
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Combine sugar, salt and flour.

    Heat whipping cream.

    Add a little cream to sugar-flour mixture, then mix in all the cream.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

    Bake at 450F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and bake for 35-40 minutes.
