- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. (2 pkg.) Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. lump crabmeat, flaked
Directions

1In a double boiler, mix cream cheese, soup and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.

2Add celery and onion.

3Blend the 2 packages of gelatine with 1/4 cup cold water.

4Add to double boiler mixture.

5Remove from heat.

6Fold in crabmeat.

7Pour into oiled mold.

8Allow to set 3 hours or overnight before unmolding.

9Serves 12.
